Africa Potential's leadership development programs seek to

• Equip African Church Leaders through scholarship for seminary education and mentorship.  Currently, we sponsor some future pastors and theological educators
•  Grassroots Leadership Development - we also work with African partners in organizations such as Youth for Christ to organize intensive weekend training programs for Christian leaders who need some basic skills for effective service.
•  We are committed to empowering African leaders with skills and resources for the service of Africa
