• Education: To equip and empower Africa potentials through education 
• Christian leadership development: To promote theological education in seminaries as well as grassroots church leaders training, making scholarships and mentorship available to potential church leaders  
• To support and provide scholarships for young talented Africans, especially the African girl, from disadvantaged backgrounds to access secondary and tertiary education.
• To aid in providing educational tools, literature and infrastructure in underdeveloped regions in Africa
• To promote godly and responsible leadership among Christians in leadership positions
• Facilitate exchange programs between young Africans and overseas partners for exposure and skills transfer.
